QA/QC Introduction

When the factory was established, we have set up a full quality control system in each production process, to monitor the products closely, to ensure the high quality of the products. With the development of the company, the members have been enlarged from 5 to 25 now. The QC is mainly responsible for purchasing materials, manufacturing, production inspection; handling customers' claims; as well as trimming and analyzing the daily inspection data, and carrying out improving measures. They now possess the best-equipped and integrated metal production machineries, and plating and coating workshop. In 2003, in order to further improve the quality control level, we carried out the ISO9001 QC policy and got the certificate in November 2004 formally.
